- A Tabata is a protocol of 20 seconds all-out effort and 10 seconds rest, repeated eight times. Four minutes in total.
- Can I change the times?
- Yes, the fields are freely adjustable. For a longer work-rest ratio there is also a HIIT timer and a free interval timer.
- Does this work with my own music?
