Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 de julio de 2026
These terms apply to using the NanoTimer app, the website nanotimer.app and the free web tools. Please read them; by using the app or the site you agree to them.
Who we are
NanoTimer is a product of Digital Sandbox B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42124304. You can reach us at hello@nanotimer.app.
Use
The website and the web tools are free to use, for personal and business purposes, as long as you do not abuse them, do not try to disrupt them, and do nothing unlawful with them.
The app and purchases
The NanoTimer app is delivered through the App Store. Downloading and using it is also subject to Apple's terms (the standard EULA for App Store apps, unless stated otherwise).
NanoTimer Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The purchase and any refunds go through Apple and fall under Apple's terms and refund policy.
Reliability and no warranties
We do our best to make NanoTimer reliable, but we provide the app and the web tools as is, without warranties. A browser timer or alarm depends on your browser and device.
Even a real alarm in the app depends on your device: it has to be on, charged enough and set correctly. So do not rely on NanoTimer as your only alert for critical or dangerous situations, and use a second, independent alarm for anything like that.
Exercise, breathing and health
The workout, interval, breathing and meditation parts of NanoTimer are general tools for keeping time, not medical or professional advice. Movements, weights and breathing techniques you find online or in the app are general information.
Exercise and intense breathing can carry risks. If in doubt, consult a doctor or qualified professional, and stop if you feel unwell. You train and breathe at your own responsibility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, NanoTimer, including a missed timer or alarm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Intellectual property
The NanoTimer name, logo and the content of the app and this website belong to Digital Sandbox B.V.. Open-source components keep their own license.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top; by continuing to use the app or site you agree to the updated version.
